Embarking on a full-scale project can feel daunting! Our goal is to ensure you have a positive experience from beginning to end, and we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality finished product in the industry.
Below, you’ll find a glimpse of how your project would transition from concept to reality!
Step One
A thorough site visit will be conducted to gain a clear understanding of your outdoor space. Our focus will be on identifying the objectives for the area, assessing overall functionality, and determining the most appealing aesthetic.
In this scenario, the objectives encompassed the following:
Establishing an ATV access route from the road to the lower garage
Expanding the current patio area
Installing a fully adjustable, low-voltage lighting system
Integrating a water feature
Ensuring walking access to the front of the home
Step Two
A comprehensive, scaled plan is developed to assist the client in visualizing the project effectively.
This marks the beginning of the design journey! It’s genuinely a collaborative effort. Clients are invited to share their preferences, dislikes, concerns, and any suggestions regarding their project. Communication is essential! The greater the amount of shared information we have, the better we can guarantee optimal results.
After a detailed line item estimate has been approved and a down payment collected your project will be scheduled!
Step Three
Utilities will be called in and marked accordingly and your project will be lined on site. This allows for changes once there’s a more visual representation of scaling.
A walkthrough will be carried out with the client, concentrating on measuring beds, understanding key components, and evaluating any challenges present at the job site.
Clients are encouraged to assist in selecting job materials, such as stone, plant material, lighting fixtures, and more!
Step Four
Your Project Is Underway!
Now, you can relax and enjoy the journey! Our skilled installation team will work diligently to transform your vision from paper into reality. You have the freedom to engage in the process as much or as little as you prefer. On-site personnel will be available for daily communication, and your project will be documented through drone images, videos, and traditional photographs at every step. You will gain access to a Drive folder containing estimate documentation and various media related to your project.
Step Five
After weeks (or even months) of witnessing your project come to life, it is now finished!
We will address all final details during a walkthrough and outline plans for future maintenance. Now you can revel in the best that our team has to offer: a beautifully designed and crafted outdoor living space for you to enjoy for years to come!
